2. Hardware Orders & Payment

When you place an order for FarmBlocks hardware:

• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. FarmBlocks does not store your full card details.
• Pricing is listed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary by region. Applicable taxes or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This constitutes acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays due to customs, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping carrier.
• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@farmblocks.io within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your FarmBlocks kit. Here’s how returns work:

• You may return hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the unit is unused and in its original packaging.
• If a unit is faulty or not as described, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
• Customised or special-order units may be non-returnable; this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

5. Hardware Warranty

All FarmBlocks hardware is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure beyond rated environmental limits.
• Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised parties.
• Normal wear and tear.

6. Intended Use

FarmBlocks hardware and software are designed for agricultural monitoring and automation. They are not certified for use in safety-critical systems (e.g. medical or life-support applications).
